PROS: I’ve used Smith.ai for over two years now and absolutely love them. They answer all of my calls in a friendly and professional manner, schedule new leads, use my intake form that is synched with my CRM to save me time and track leads, offer a killer online chat service (that clients LOVE) and more. I wish I would have hired them sooner but better late than never.

CONS: Nothing yet. They are so responsive when I have questions or want to update my account. With great customer service, it’s hard to complain.

PROS: Simply phenomenal cost to benefit ratio. My clients repeatedly tell me how compassionate, understanding, helpful and professional Smith receptionists are. I am a solo practitioner, and Smith allows me to focus on the work knowing my incoming calls are being handled properly.

CONS: I really can't think of any. If there is ever any issue, you just email them and a team member sorts it out for you in a timely manner. There is no online dashboard to deal with, just friendly people who get you set up and running quickly.

PROS: I am an immigration lawyer at my own boutique law firm -- it is a waste of time and phone for me to man the phones. It also doesn't make sense for me to hire a receptionist or admin to handle them. Smith.ai bridges that gap seamlessly. They do an incredible job and I don't worry about my phones. I believe in the KISS principle (keep it simple stupid) and Smith.ai does that with ease.

CONS: I don't have any complaints. I think there could be more smart suggestions on how to use the whitelist or call routing features with greater sophistication.

PROS: Friendly receptionists who screen calls and send messages to my inbox. Great customer service whenever I email.

CONS: I would like an online dashboard where I could review my settings easily or an app. Otherwise it is great. I just email them right now and they do whatever I need which is honestly even easier.

PROS: Integrating this product into the firm was seamless and their customer service is unmatchable!

CONS: Our concern was what chats we would be charged for, since ALL chats are sent to us. It was confusing. It would be better if there was an indication as to whether a chat would be a no charge when it was forwarded to us.

PROS: Customer service is fast and satisfactory. The service is personable and has definitely helped out our Marketing team and improved our marketing results. We have tried a different chat service and experienced a few annoying features. Some chat services are relentless in trying to remind you that there is a chatbox. Smith is subtle in its approach which we appreciate.

CONS: We had 1 small suggestion and we told Smith.ai. The CEO listened and is implementing our idea and working towards making this service even better. Even if there is a problem, I am positive that Smith.ai will work towards improving it.
