CONS: We can forward the calls, but there is no way to identify if the call is for the personal number or the business when I receive it on my phone.

PROS: Communicating within the team and among the members has improved with the use of VirtualPBX. It is also easy to use, that it does not require much effort learning how to use it.

CONS: The beginning was a bit difficult, but it gets easier to use once you get used to the system. The mobile app needs a lot of development.
