What Problems Will Zdoo Solve?
1) CRM
Compared with other CRM tools, CRM in Zdoo is quite simple. Each company has its own product/service which can be recorded as a Product in Zdoo. The company will try to get the contact information of customers, which can be recorded as Customer in Zdoo.
Create an Order when a customer wants to purchase, and then track the status of the order. Sign the Contract. Once a contract is signed, the company will ensure the delivery on time and receive the payment.
With Zdoo CRM, you can also manage your contacts, communication history, addresses and so on to help your sales team better track their sales.
2) To-do
On Zdoo OA (Office Automation) page, click “Todo” on the navigation bar, and you will see the page below. Click on the date that you want to add a todo, or drag your to-dos, tasks, orders, and customers that need to follow up from the right column of the page to the calendar. If you want to delete a todo, just drag it to the trashcan.
3) Cash
Zdoo is for small and medium-sized companies. Those companies have something in common, which is they don’t have a lot of fixed assets and their trades are mainly cash transactions. PROS: We are a small team and Zdoo CRM is the perfect fit for our company. It is definitely worth of money.
CONS: Zdoo can be abit more flexible like SuiteCRM and Vtiger. Zdoo is going to be used by people outside of China like myself. So it will need to be more customisable through the actual admin interface.
