The least favorable review
PROS: Copper is a standard CRM, and has features that are common to the industry. The only advantage that had us try it in the first place was their Gmail integration.
CONS: We've used Copper in detail for over a year (as we were with the annual subscription) and I found the business practices and support to be extremely disappointing considering features that are at this point industry standard. 1) Their billing cancellation terms are NON Industry standard. They have terms practically hidden in their TOS that you have to cancel your annual subscription over 30 days ahead of the renewal date. I've never before seen this - and after contacting support we were given the "Sorry, we're going to bill you in 15 days for another $4,500 for another year of service. 2) Their packages are horrendous. We've been required to maintain 3 licenses for a year (only utilizing 12) at around $1,500 / year. The cost to scale compared to competitors is non-existent. 3) Their cost is extremely high compared to some competitors, such as Teamwork CRM. I've never had a SaaS company try forcing customers into a 30 day cancellation notice, that's insane.

PROS: I love the centralization of it all, the fact that I can access all accounts and get detailed information on each of their progress is amazing. I have never seen any platform that organizes data this neatly.
CONS: We had had issues on system slowdowns but Copper addressed this immediately and their response just made me think more positively of Copper.

PROS: Prosper Works provides greatn integration with Google Apps and we are able to use all options with my Gmail account. Whenever I have conversation with a client through email I can click on its name and add the person as lead. I really like that I can do my work directly from Gmail and add new tasks on Google Calendar.
CONS: It lacks integration with Quickbooks.

PROS: I like that within ProsperWorks there are great integrations with Gmail accounts and Google Apps. We are able to manage our contacts, companies and opportunities. We can import contact with whole information from social media. The UI is great and it offers great sales pipelines configurations. We are able to switch between various pipelines.
CONS: I’d like to see features with VOIP services, click-to-dial feature and pop-up customer contact page on incoming calls.

PROS: I’ve tried other CRM tools before Prosperworks, but I prefer this one because of the integration with Google Apps. We managed to eliminate all duplicates. I often use the calendar feature because it helps me to put everything on the calendar and offers access to inside-out CRM tool. My email accounts are well integrated with our CRM.
CONS: The customer service doesn’t provide with the answers of our questions and misunderstandings. Lot of people ask similar questions but its customer support team doesn’t provide any solution or answers.

PROS: Prosperworks provides an integration with Google Apps and this is what I like most about this software. We are able to work with our CRM software systems and they are all similar. Prosper works saves us lot of time especially when it comes to addresses, we can be more focused on our progress instead of wasting time on somthing that can be done automatically.
CONS: The dashboard, caledar system and sales cycle elements need improvement. They could even include guide on how to change items. Also, there are some options that could be included into the software such as: opportunity value, client phone number and other things. I feel like everything is messed up when trying to check the details.

PROS: I am impressed that it can connect with Gmail, unlike any other CRM platforms I have used.
CONS: The set deadline for all kinds of tasks is in one day, which is much shorter than my one-week standard deadline. I hope it doesn't go into default that way as I have to go through a very tedious process of editing the task details EVERYTIME!

PROS: I already had a positive vibe with Copper as early as when I was setting it up because doing so was easy. My judgment proved to be right when I realized as engaging in more fieldwork more than ever, gaining more learnings while still able to monitor whatever is happening in the office as far as sales are concerned.
CONS: I hate that it required setting up of applications to invite participants into my calendar.

PROS: This is intuitive and straightforward system with great design. This is wonderful system for small-sized businesses, the paltform offers great interface and there is great integration with Google Apps, Google Chrome plugins and options to edit inline. Its support team is very responsive and helpful.

PROS: I'm quite a micromanager that I like being in the know of everything happening in the company, down to how an employee promoted our product. I never thought such would be possible until we used Copper. I get to see how the entire conversation between employees and clients went.

PROS: Copper is an easy-to-use one-stop-shop; you can track progress, delegate tasks, get reminders for events or deadlines. The layout is very much like Google so that makes it intuitive to use.
CONS: I would be more than satisfied if Copper could add more details on the engagement of a team member on a task, say add modifications he or she made. There is also room for improvement in terms of its filtering.

PROS: Copper streamlined several processes within our operations. Setting it up to be tailor-fit into our systems was trouble-free. It also integrated well with other everyday platforms like Gmail. Since my team and I work remotely, Copper provided the perfect avenue to communicate and work on projects like we were literally side-by-side with each other.

PROS: I like that I am given a wide range of options on which of my regularly used platforms I can access Copper, like through my Gmail where I can access contacts, messages, and my calendar schedule
CONS: While I enjoy its integration with Gmail, I hate that there are some connection errors and I have to do the entire login process again. I would also appreciate it if the widgets could be more flexible and customizable.

PROS: When we heard Copper could integrate with the whole of G-suite, we instantly purchased it. We are very pleased that our operations are made more cost-effective. Delegating tasks to employees is much easier.
CONS: I hope the platform could be more user-friendly. For my team, it took us more than a month to learn its ins and outs. Copper would also be better if it could offer features that are not part of the actual sale, such as sales targeting.

PROS: I had a good first impression of Copper from just its pipeline layout which was very clean. The pipeline has access to conversion opportunities across the internet.
CONS: I hope it could link well with other mobile apps since I work using my phone more often. A daily accurate report on our progress would also be of great help.

PROS: I love the integration with Google Apps, it’s the best thing when it comes to this software. We have worked with other CRM systems as well, I can say they are all similar, but most of them didn’t provide us with some functionalities and we were often associated with emails. With Prosperworks addresses we are saving a lot of time, and we can focus more on our progress.
CONS: In my opinion, they need to improve their dashboard, calendar system, sales cycle elements (it would be great if there are steps on how to change items). I must say, the software lacks some options such as: opportunity value, client phone number and other. It gets messy when I want to check details of the items, like everything is messed up.

PROS: I like that it provides great integration with Google Apps, and its support team is quick to respond and they guide you step by step on how to use this system. The system is customizable and the pipeline feature is straightforward and robust. I like that they allowed us to try trial version and then to purchase the professional version. We asked for the integration with Mailchimp and we got it.
CONS: I’d like to see an integration with VOIP for auto-logged calls.
