PROS: The oustanding features of the app include the ability to handle specific requirements, it's multilingual nature, and that it is quick to implement. It allows fast ROI and quick wins and it is consistent and easy to use. Furthermore it is operated by a top class Saas team.
CONS: Sometimes is it difficult to get the history of a ticket quickly. That needs to be improved.

PROS: Employees can have access to the tool and create their requests since it's so easy to use. Should there be any issues along the way, I can always lean on the support group.
CONS: We needed some help with the programming, so we had no choice but to hire a 3rd party firm to install EV.

PROS: I like the fact that the application is easy to use. It is ITIL assigned and this makes it easy to improve service management. It's improves customer satisfaction and success. This in return makes the company successful since it acquires a happy and committed client base.
CONS: What I don't like about the application is that the out-of-the-box reporting is fairly limited. You can only understand the data reports if you are knowledgable in SQL and/or intergrate it with a third partr reporting tool.

PROS: The most outstanding feature of this app is it's ease of implementation. The support team is very helpful. They made sure that during transition all our operating needs and implementation needs were met. The company enforces partnership and continues to engage our organization as a partner. This helps our team to move beyond the implementation stage to identify what else we can use the app to do.
CONS: The negative part is that reporting is very complex. It was a major challenge during the implementation and we have had to use some out of the box reporting and customize internal reporting and use Crystal to cater for other reporting needs.

PROS: The best part of the app is that it is easy to configure, it is web based and has good integration capabilities. It is codeless and has a drag and drop design and you won't need prior programming skills. The modules include asset management, project management and financial management.
CONS: I wish that project management is more feature rich, the interface can have fresh font and colors and better change management calendaring.
