PROS: One of the things that first come to mind is how flexible this is. Routing calls is easy to do and I can send them where I want them to go. Our business has its own cloud storage service but I've found that this tool's external cloud storage service works better and makes setting up call recording easy. Best of all, this is really inexpensive when compared to its competitors. They share many similar features, but this one is easier to set up, reliable, and affordable.

CONS: I really do like the phone system, but one thing that would really take this to the next level and make it a mobile phone replacement is if it also included texting. Otherwise, I have only had a few issues that were also quickly dealt with by the customer support team.

CONS: While it is reliable, I do wish that it had more advanced functions. As of now, it is very basic. It doesn't even have a mobile softphone.
