PROS: Using PhoneBurner has increased our overall performance. We had an increase in the number of calls we can make in a day, increased client response and engagement, improved our quality assessment. My favorite feature of the app is its ability to send emails and text messages and also link documents in them.

CONS: Call qualify. But to be honest we don’t know if it’s their fault or the internet providers.

PROS: PhoneBurner knows what is important during a sales call—Customer Experience. The application is extensive, highly customizable, yet so easy to use that you can just focus on having a great conversation with your client, not minding much on how to operate the software during the engagement. PROS: I am a QA in our company and I find PhoneBurner very helpful in tracking calls. All the notes, dates, and times are posted in the software. We can easily track agent performance and hence maintaining good client engagement.

PROS: Been using different kinds of app for dialers, CRMs, etc. And PhoneBurner has been the best among all of them. It made selling fun again! Well, it doubled my ability to make phone calls, I can leave messages/emails, set up a follow-up, and track the content of my messages. Nothing is more engaging than this.

CONS: Some bugs, but it was immediately solved by their support team.
