Also, I love the ability to send emails directly from the platform, thus, it makes the communication with my clients easy and effective. They constantly update and release new features without interrupting the interface and my work.
CONS: I don’t have any dislikes by now, because other systems I have used doesn’t fit our requirements perfectly, but Pipeline does.

PROS: This software helps me to keep track of all the deals by assigning documents, email, threads and contact information of the client. On the other side, keeps track of my team’s progress and company’s income. Thanks to sales dashboard I can see all deals ordered by stages and percentage, so I can see how much progress we had last month and how much work we have in coming period. All in all, Pipeline Deals saves us a lot of time when we need to see the whole activities throughout the year and previous months.
CONS: In my opinion, they need to work on their upload or attach section. It would be great to select multiple files at once and to upload them automatically. Otherwise, uploading the files and attachments separately is time-consuming.

PROS: I love the ability to make calendar invites directly in Outlook and the invites are automatically saved in Pipeline and vice versa. I can keep my customers engaged thanks to the customer relationship management. Also, I can easily find every information I need in the Pipeline page within customers group. I love how all the features makes my work run easily without any effort.
CONS: I’d say that I needed some time to learn how to run this platform. They need to provide us with better tutorial so the user can find the things and options they really need.

PROS: We tried out many CRM apps but found some to be too complicated, while some needed too much data entry. Pipeline Deals turned out to be the right match for us as it is easy to use. For data entry, we use the Contact Importer for Chrome and Outlook plugin features. Another plus point is the superior customer support. While other CRM companies tell you to use the knowledge base, Pipeline Deals offers live phone, live chat, and email support. We are also encouraged to use Pipeline Deals because of this excellent customer service.
CONS: There are a few minor glitches: recurring tasks cannot be created quarterly and there is no Hubspot integration, but the Zapier integration works well. Plus, the mobile app can be a little slow to pick up updates.

PROS: The software is well organized and helps me in organizing my schedule and my team’s schedule as well. I can add different tasks, check list, and I can make appointments to keep my team organized. I can also see other team’s schedule so I can keep everyone busy. In addition, I can keep my personal schedule and other employees can see whether I’m booked for that day or if I am able to fit in another appointment.
CONS: There are some issues with this software they need to work on, such as: when I put an address it doesn’t save the mailbox number or it doesn’t show the address when you type the name of the user, so I have to spend some time to enter the city, state, zip code or even the country.

PROS: I love the ability to create my own task templates. The system is easy to use. I love Google integration because it’s fantastic, I can import all my pipeline data into Google Sheets and I can create formulas to track my marketing metrics and ROI, and I can track all my progress and tasks. The combination of price and software’s features is very powerful.
CONS: In my opinion, they need to work more on their integration with Zapier, because Pipeline doesn’t recognize duplicates when the forms come through Zapier.

PROS: I like PipelineDeals because I can customize and organize my leads the way I want. Even with multiple users, we have access to the same leads but we still have our own lists. All members from my team can use the same leads without interacting with each other. On the other side, I can set appointments and notes and share with others so we can work on the same lead list together. The software helps us to work more productively and to reach other territories at the same time.
CONS: When it comes to importing leads it can be a little messy. For example, one of my team members has imported his list and overwrite the other member’s list by mistake. Thankfully, their customer support team worked on the issue and helped us to separate those two lists and prevent any loss.

PROS: This is one of the most useful CRM system I have ever used. My team use this software to stay in touch with our customers and to keep track of their progresses and to find solutions or even potential deals. We love the reports we get in the morning, showing us the previous activities on the CRM. What’s more, Pipeline allows me to track every progress of my team and how they are doing during the daily tasks.
CONS: I think, Pipeline need to make integration with Zendesk, the API doesn’t integrate with that easily, and because of this we didn’t want to pay extra money for using this software. However, we can use these 2 products separately in the same time, but in the future we are going to need integration with Zendesk if we continue to use Pipeline.

PROS: Pipeline deals is one of the easiest and simplest CRM system on the market today. Within my team we use Pipeline with minimal training because every option of the software is easy to learn and to put into use immediately. What’s most important, its amazing integrations makes the work simpler and provides automate correspondence with my clients and prospects. Their customer support service is fantastic, whenever I have issues they would help me immediately and provide me with fast solutions.
CONS: In my opinion, the price should be more flexible when there are more users active. Also, it would be great if they can make more integrations with other software, so we can share data easily. I’d like more control on the reminders for events and tasks, it would be great to see Google calendar features within the Pipeline, because not everyone is using Google Calendar.

PROS: I love this software because I can edit fields and statuses effortlessly. The program is very intuitive and doesn’t take much time to get entire team to run the program. You have many features that makes your work easier as well to integrate your platform with your current systems and processes. This software helps me to keep track of my team’s effort and to be sure how my business is running. Their customer support service is amazing.
CONS: I cannot get perfect communication from clients directly into the platform, they need to work on this integration.

UI is neat and straightforward. The home tab is useful especially when you're deep in lead details but want to get a quick look at the status of other deals for comparison. This lets me easily slide qualified leads to the deals folder and set alerts for the week's email funneling. It's simple enough to manage our small company's customer base, where lead definition can be sorted as those who contacted us vs. those we contacted and further to those who replied vs. those who didn't. I'm yet to see the app handle more complex sales funnel with overlapping lead characteristics. If like us you have a simple sales funnel, this CRM does the job.
Overall impression
PipelineDeals is very affordable. At less than $25 a month you get great features to manage your lead pipeline, sales reports, and data management. I have tried a couple of other robust CRMs with almost similar feature packs, but they cost twice or even thrice what I pay for Pipelinedeals. For now I'm very satisfied with its starter plan which can handle our sales cycle pretty well. For instance, I can keep tab of our whitepaper downloads (we have quite a dozen) and I can trace some of these credentials moving to our free trial subscriptions. This insight alone allows me to predict how interested prospects are, I mean, someone who uses our content then tries our product gets priority in our outbound.
