PROS: What I like most about Salestools is that it's the fastest application I've ever used from the past year. It's very easy to export my files and really fast to find e-mails especially to unorganized people like me. It is also very user friendly and easy to understand. You can build lists quickly without a hassle. I also like the fact that it involves many data sources for different kinds of industries, not just LinkedIn. You can also switch from CRM to another without any issues unlike other tools that I've used before and I had issues with that.
CONS: I have no complaints so far because it makes my work possible and fast.

We spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get results from the searches, - had a number of tech support calls in which the support agent could not explain why it was not working -- beware the minimum 2 month sign up and NO trial period read the terms and conditions for termination

PROS: Salestools has great functionality. If you use it along with LinkedIn, it's possible to define an accurate target especially because the majority of the emails found are 100% valid. It is also easy to organize the information into intuitive lists which simplifies the process further.
CONS: I wish there was a way to speed up the email finding process because it's pretty long. Also, you have to select lists one by one to mark them if you have multiple pages in a list so that the software can understand why you want.

PROS: The best part about this app is that it's always upgraded to include more features. What I like most is that the support team are patient and take time to answer all types of questions that you have. They work to make Salestools the best prospecting tool.
CONS: I wish that the terms and buttons were more intuitive. Nevertheless, the support team is available and ready to improve so maybe it will be fixed. I also wish that the gamefication to verify emails was free.

PROS: I like the fact that it gives value for money and does exactly what it says on the package. Before, I used two competitor products. One of them was highly priced and did not work well for non-Anglo information. The other one ran out of steam and stagnated from a development perspective. Another good thing is that the customer support staff are very responsive and I never have to wait for too long to get a response to my questions. Moreover it has a wide scope because it covers a lot of data sources for multiple industries and is not only restricted to LinkedIn.
CONS: Currenly salestools has all the features that I wanted. The only thing is that it does not integrate with our specific CRM. Although we have asked it to.

PROS: What I like the most is the ease of creating lists from my searches. Then, later I can pull verified emails for these users. You can save and refer back to these lists. That has been useful for me in many occasions.
CONS: I wish there was a greater percentage of verified emails. I hope they do work on that.

PROS: First, Salestools is very responsive, easy to use and and really fast to change and edit data within the platform, compared to other software that you have to wait for ages before the change or edit is completed. Second, Salestools has a very competitive price. The pricing packages are very affordable compared to other competitors, but without sacrificing the quality of data and service. Third, the support team is very responsive. They quickly answer to my questions.
CONS: What I dislike is that we cannot integrate Salestools with our CRM. I hope that will be fixed soon.

PROS: First, I find it easy to manage emails and bounces. Before I spent a lot of time on marketing campaigns. That was a big burden especially because I'm a solo freelancer and it took weeks but it just didn't get done. Now I can quickly do my campaigns, and have time to focus on other aspects of growing my business. Second, I like the template feature. It's easy to make changes on the browser because I do tweak my messages a lot. That is way better than having to search through directory folders to find my last campaign text. Third, the ability to monitor my ongoing campaigns is great be because I like to see how many of my messages received replies. Then, I can check which template got the results. Fourth, the cost of the software is reasonable in relation to the amount of time I was spending to run my campaigns manually before I started using Salestools.

PROS: The ability to find quality data very fast across EMEA, also knowing they are GDPR ready is a must for us. We rolled out with the Auto Prospector and our sales team is saving 2 hours a day focussing on selling more. I would not listen to the few reviews i have seen here, if you check the linkedin profiles they are one man shows and or startups - with no current process. I have had a professional experience with Salestools and can highly recommend them.
CONS: Ability to save from Linkedin, but i understand that is breaking their terms of service section 8.2 and i was informed we have banned that for legal reasons at our organisation.

PROS: I rely on the Auto Prospector to build our pipeline, it frees up our time and our lead-gen engine has been nothing without the quality and predictability of the Auto Prospector by Salestools.
CONS: Wish i could access Linkedin, but that is a violation of their Terms and conditions, but Salestools has such a large dataset that is is perfectly fine!

PROS: There are a few things that I like about Salestools. First, I like the plug-in that allows me to extract in 1 click around 300 targeted leads on Linkedin. I usually do an advanced search on Linkedin on a specific niche and a specific job position then I just have to push the salestools.io plug-in to export all data into the salestools platform. Moreover, I can easily export those data in my SugarCRM in a very foolproof way. Second, I like the fact that the software is synched with +70 CRM and Zapier. Hence, I can switch from a CRM to another without any problem.
CONS: I have no complaints, but I wish I could extract data on Viadeo because I want to target the french market. They said that the feature will be intergrated soon on the platform. I also wish I would have an outreach feature on my dashboard to help track who visit my website and have everything in a single platform.

PROS: I have been using Salestools for a long time ever since it was a local desktop app. Even better now that it's a SaaS solution and it gets better and better. I usually recommend it to 2 or 3 people every week for their business needs.

PROS: When searching for new leads you need to do the perfect search on LinkedIn because the quality of those leads is very important. SalesTools is perfect for that because it helps you to focus on important factors and get the right search. Thereafter it does everything for you. Moreover, you can export the information automatically and get it organized very fast.
CONS: It would be useful if they added other social networks in the next releases because I don't only prospect based in LinkedIn but with other social networks as well.

PROS: I have been using the application for a couple of months now and I must admit that it is a very user friendly platform. I can find all the information about prospects from different social networks with just a few clicks. The fact that I can build campaigns and handle everything on one platform is amazing. Also, I can choose to include the information in Excel or just integrate it with my CRM. Lastly, the customer support team promptly answer my requests or questions. They take my feedback into consideration and they are constantly improving the platform.
CONS: It does take some time to save the leads, however, it's worth it considering the amount of information that you get.

PROS: I like the fact that using Salestools has made list building in LinkedIn quite easy. It's now easy to organize all of my prospecting on LinkedIn into organized lists either within SalesTools, or in SalesForce (they are integrated) or I can download to excel, thus I can use them anywhere. Also, it costs less to find verified emails of people I have selected unlike the other sites that I have used before. I can send emails to the prospects and track them just as in HubSpot to see if they've opened the emails and follow up accordingly. The best part is that I can do all this in one platform.
CONS: What I dislike is that when I use the LinkedIn standard search I get both correct and incorrect results. But when I use the LinkedIn sales navigator it works perfectly. Nevertheless, I contacted software support about this and they said that it will be fixed with an update.
