PROS: Communication online can be spotty at best, but this platform ensures that companies can walk their customers through the best of their product offerings without the frustration of downloading software. It is incredibly simple to generate an invite link, and all you have to do to join is click. I've tried it on both my desktop and mobile device and it worked perfectly.
CONS: Any questions I had were quickly answered and the technology was simple to use, I have no complaints.
