PROS: Asking for remote support from our IT was easiest with Zoho Assist. They can immediately gain control of my PC, do their stuff, and if need be, I can also gain control of my PC during their stuff and input needed information like login credentials and whatnot.

PROS: Zoho Assist is a simple and easy to use remote support application even for people without much technical knowledge. The application has been helping us greatly especially during this pandemic season because we can provide assistance immediately to employees working remotely. My favorite feature on the app would be the share the screen and, of course, the remote control. I also like that they have a mobile app. Even though the screen would be smaller using our phones, it is a convenient way to help our employees and clients asking for technical support.
CONS: A holistic mobile application would be a great help. It is a bit tedious to shift between the two apps, one for providing support and one for receiving support.

PROS: Zoho Assist is a great alternative for gaining remote access to computers. It is light and easy to use and it can operate on PCs and mobile devices. During the pandemic, there are fewer people in our office and most of us are working remotely. With Zoho Assist, we can provide faster support to clients, gain remote access easier, and in turn, provide solutions faster. What I really love about the application is that we can customize the name of the PCs we are operating on so it's easier to actually remember which computers are which. It is really helpful because I help a lot of employees simultaneously and shift from giving them access on and off for troubleshooting. Another thing I love about Zoho Assist is the multiple plans they offer. We can choose which to use according to our budget and preferred usage.
CONS: I like that we can leave our PCs unattended during the support, however, the operator is not as fast as I have expected. Restarting the PC also had some problems. Archiving files of more than 2GB would be rejected.
If you need a backup remote access software, get Zoho Assist.

PROS: Through the simple user interface and even just using the browser, we can gain access to the client’s computers faster. They have a lot of tools that can be used to ensure effective delivery of assistance to the customer; Can be integrated fully with other Zoho products; Connection between computers are stable.

PROS: I personally love how we can provide assistance without the help of the operator of the computer on the other end and then reboot to safe mode function. The technician from their Support Team is also helpful especially when our IT technicians need more help in solving technical problems. They offer the same features that more expensive software also offers for a cheaper price and quality.

PROS: I have three things I liked most about Zoho Assist: 1. Very affordable. They offer varying plans that would suit your budget and service needed. It can even be free.2. Using the remote assistance, the support team can see the screens of the customer asking for help, see immediately what is happening and provide solutions. They can even control multiple devices/computers simultaneously. 3. Can be integrated with other Zoho Suite tools.
CONS: Using the browser, speed-wise it needs improvement; Devices that are “non-Zoho computers” need to be registered first before having access (once registered though all the features can be used smoothly); There’s a 2GB file limit (maybe this is a plan factor but it’s quite tedious when we are limited with just 2GB).

PROS: The connection is made through our browser so there is no need to download software. Through the mobile app, we can also provide support using a mobile device. It is simple enough that even a non-expert can utilize it to the full extent. Zoho Assist is a great remote assist application.
