PROS: All of tawk.to’s features can be accessed for free. It also has versions that are compatible with different devices and operating systems which make it all the more convenient for me to reach my customers anytime and anywhere. The app also comes with awesome push notification sounds that help me attend to every one of the messages I receive.

CONS: I think the import and export capabilities can be improved to streamline the process whenever a user needs to add a new website to tawk.to.

PROS: With tawk.to, you have the option to manage the live chat service yourself or hire agents to do it for you. Their agents offer services for a very reasonable price. The platform itself can be used free of charge. It comes with a convenient automatic messaging feature that enables us to send welcoming messages to our website’s visitors. The pop-up message appears shortly after someone visits our website. Overall, we find this platform to be a cost-friendly and reliable solution for engaging with our customers.

CONS: Tawk.to comes with a lot of features so it may take some time for new users to learn how to fully navigate it. While users might prefer to keep messages for a certain period, they automatically get deleted after a short while. It would be better if this platform will allow users to keep a receipt of their exchanges with customers.

PROS: I like tawk.to as it allows for flexibility in terms of customer engagement. The user can choose when to initiate or join a live chat. I use this mainly for monitoring the activities on my website and gathering information about my visitors. This platform allows you to track the number of visitors on your website and the number of times each page is viewed. It also gives you some data about your website’s visitors, like their IP addresses and countries.

CONS: Some of tawk.to’s features may take a while to learn how to navigate, especially for new users. In my experience, it took some time to figure out how to customize widgets. Tawk.to gives the illusion that customer support service is always available with its automatic messaging. This may become a problem because agents are not always available to answer customers’ queries.

PROS: Tawk.to has all the features necessary for a good messaging platform. It is user-friendly and easy to integrate on a website. It also has a mobile version which enables us to receive notifications and respond promptly to our clients.

CONS: We have dealt with situations where the status of our representatives remained active because they forgot to log out of the app. This caused miscommunication between us and our clients.

PROS: Tawk.to has a mobile app version which makes it convenient to access it whenever needs arise. It allows for 24/7 monitoring of website activities. With it, we can track our visitors’ IP addresses and block harmful ones from accessing our sites. We can filter the messages we receive. We also get helpful analytics, including the number of visits each page gets every day.

CONS: Tawk.to’s UI design can be improved to be more user-friendly. It takes a while for a new user to learn how to use all its many features, and some require a degree of technical knowledge.

PROS: Tawk.to is a very accessible live chat software. Both website owners and visitors will benefit from using it. It is available on many devices and all its top-notch features can be used for free. Website owners can easily configure it according to their needs. They can automatically send greeting messages to their visitors and also let their visitors know when live support service is available. Even when the support team is offline, visitors can still communicate their concerns via tawk.to and they can be attended to later on. Users can access the platform as long as they have an internet connection.

CONS: Users need to study tawk.to’s many features to maximize its usability. This may take some time. In our case, it took some time to figure out how to use tawk.to to better cater to our needs.

PROS: Tawk.to is a reliable and convenient solution for providing customer support. It is fast and it works well for responding quickly to customers. It is also accessible with its app and web version. It is an ideal integration to websites to improve the experience of the customers. It is also 100% free.
