PROS: I enjoy working with Zoho Sales, it gives me an idea of what to offer to my clients and how to meet their needs. It is simple and easy to set up, there is integration with Snopify that I can use it through app and to view the graph details of my audience and customers. It breaks down store traffic and it offers visual learner. I personally like its chat feature because I can connect with my customers and engage them in more professional ways.
CONS: They could include a button or even link in my email. I don’t have dislikes about it because when I face something that might cause trouble I can always contact their support team and they are always willing to help and provide assistance.

Until randomly you will get thousands of web page views of people just sitting on your home screen for 3-15 minutes (SalesIQ shows you what pages each user views, and for how much time) who all happen to be from India. You will not have increased advertising to India and SalesIQ doesn't help with any marketing but out of the blue, the majority of people visiting your website will be from Indian IP addresses, not even viewing your product, contact pages, or chatting with you. Followed closely by an email from SalesIQ saying that your webtracking for the billing cycle (1 year) is full and inquiring if you want to subscribe. Put plainly it is a scam that makes analyzing web data redundant because your test group is biased. Based on the 1 month that I used SalesIQ my conclusions based on the data would be to put all of my eggs into catering to the Indian market even though buyers from India represent less than 0.1% of our business and we have done 0 marketing to that region because we do not have a supply chain that reaches that far. Over the course of the previous year our platform reported that maybe 1000 web-views came from India based IP addresses, but in the 1 month we used SalesIQ over 4,193 Indian IP's visited our site. Blowing the previous high of US/Canada monthly visitors out of the water by a margin of about 3800.

PROS: We use other Zoho products and we started using ZohoSales tool, it integrates perfectly with other Zoho tools. It is easy to use and it doesn’t require installation of any software but works directly within the browser window. We are able to generate more sales to both existing and new customers by making us more accessible to our customers and audience. The platform is stable, easy to set up and its team is always open to new suggestions and requests and they constantly work on the product’s improvements by releasing new features and optimizing existing ones.
CONS: They could add more options for customizing widgets and options to create our own widgets.

PROS: ZohoSales is extremely easy to use and we are using it on a daily basis within our Support management department. We can easily add the system to our website’s source code, and you need to place the code on all web pages. When it comes to prics, this is one of the most affordable products we have ever used, as we are small company we needed plan for 3 users only, we started with free version and then we upgraded to Basic version.
CONS: You have to update HTML source code if you want to use this system to the fullest, therefore you will need complete access to your website.

PROS: I’m using Zoho Sales for more than 2 years by now and as far as I can tell we are extremely satisfied with the service and the product. The price is affordable and highly flexible. The tech support team is always responsive and ready to assist you. Like the integration with our CRM system and we can easily push our leads into it. This is wonderful tool for online chat needs.
CONS: In mu experience, sometimes the data from this system is pushed into CRM but with wrong mapping, like first and last name are not properly placed and this may cause some issues with outbound emails.

PROS: I like that this tool offers lot of features and integrations into free and professional subscriptions versions. With this tool I can stay organized while keeping my business costs, including activity automation, email services and making calls via CRM. It is customizable and this is great if your business doesn’t fit the standard B2B model. I constantly use its Geolocation feature in order to track my contacts on the road and to plan my sales visits even more effectively.
CONS: Th modules within the software are made for B2B companies and this means that customizing it for B2B usage is possible but at the same time time-consuming and it can make your software overwhelming. There are relly lot of things that this tool can do for you but it takes some time in order to include all options that it offers.

PROS: I like the integration with Linkedln and other social media sites that offer person data and this means that I can collect data easily and manage it effortlessly. Its interface is easy to use, intuitive and flexible one. We can work remotely from each other and share information effectively.
CONS: In my opinion, the data tagging is not intuitive nor effective I don’t always get the information I would need and sometimes the results list is not always accurate. Also, the other thing that I don’t like about it is that whenever I move to another screen or when system crashes the data is lost and we have troubles in retrieving items. Furthermore, they could allow users to delete records.
