PROS: The business relationship between us and Comm100 was very valuable and sustainable in optimizing our LiveChat experience.

CONS: On our own site, we have an on-premise installation and maintenance from the Comm100 program. But it wasn't working well for us. Inside the back end of the Live app, we are continuously running multiple versions and were left to manually handle the chat service in many cases.

PROS: The Comm100 staff is a delight to deal with. They are informed, sensitive, artistic, optimistic and ready to dive into data to put the customer first.

CONS: It's hard to find something unlikeable with Comm100. The team is simply awesome. Though I'd prefer it if they had a California office.

PROS: I like that it's very simple to set up on our web pages and to have custom keys.

CONS: I wish there's an option to write a username the IP address indicates. It does indicates a name after the chat. However, I often talk to them and never really had a chat with them. It will be nice to know when they're on my website and what pages on my site they go to.

PROS: A few of the things we enjoy best about Comm100 is having amazing functionality, high-end software, and it's cost-effective. It has ChatBot too that lets us automate the usual answers to the most frequent questions from people which frees up time and boosts our turnaround times. Moreover, the cool thing is that this chat won't go offline until you've decided to log off.

CONS: There's nothing bad about this software. Each version was significantly improved every time and responded to consumer feedback, demonstrated no bugs or sluggishness.

PROS: I really enjoy it a lot as it's incredibly loaded in functionalities because it has all the industry's leading tech has but is not that costly. There's nothing we haven't been able to do until now. It's really a software that can evolve with you. Many months ago, we began with quite a simple version and have upgraded over time. In every stage in creating a system that better fits our needs, the sales department has been very helpful to update Comm100 consistently and it is noticeable that they are taking it seriously a lot about the upgrades and about the necessary enhancements and improvements. I enjoy customized, personalized auto-responses and I use them a lot. I also appreciate being constantly informed of server downtime and app upgrades. The chat is very convenient to use and quick and seamless.

CONS: We never ever had trouble with Comm100. With the latest app updates, all we didn't like was updated and in some cases, a custom tech team solution went beyond only for us. This chat app is rarely disabled unless your networking system is inactive. It also has ChatBot: a Comm100 release that is a massive automated response bot. It is incredibly handy when I'm away, I just have to set up the content and follow my client's terms. This app is well suited to our organization's needs, we use it as a communication platform to connect with our consumers, sales and customer support. Customers also like that they are able to assess the chat session after it ends and receive a copy of the chat record if needed.

PROS: The easiness is what I enjoy most about Comm100. The Comm100 platform is simple to configure and also quite intuitive to use on your website. It's always a convenience to get your agents signed up and ready to connect. Comm100 does have a lot of videos and guides if you need assistance with any features. Another big benefit is that even in Canada we could keep our info. As a public entity, that was a make-or-break deal because of laws on privacy.

CONS: I really have nothing here to say. Some issues I had with the Comm100 team have definitely been dealt with quickly.
